Role & responsibilities
Conduct testing of cement, concrete, aggregate, soil, bricks/blocks, steel, bitumen and asphalt.
Perform tests as per IS Codes, ASTM standards and approved laboratory procedures.
Collect, receive, identify and properly handle test samples.
Operate laboratory testing equipment and ensure proper equipment usage.
Record test observations, calculations and results accurately.
Prepare and maintain test reports, worksheets and laboratory records.
Ensure testing activities comply with NABL requirements and quality procedures.
Check the condition and calibration status of testing equipment before use.
Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper organization of the laboratory.
Report any non-conformity, abnormal test result or equipment issue to the concerned authority.
Coordinate with Quality Manager, Lab Technician and clients for testing requirements.
Assist in internal audits, quality improvement activities and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: Fresher to 1 year

Location: Surat (Local candidates are preferred)
