About the Role

Arunagiri Automotives is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to generate two-wheeler sales leads, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into showroom visits and vehicle bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through phone calls and explain available two-wheeler models, features, offers, finance options, and exchange schemes.
Follow up with enquiries received through phone, website, social media, and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheelers.
Schedule and encourage customers to visit the showroom for test rides and further discussion.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain accurate customer records.
Convert leads into test rides, bookings, and sales.
Coordinate with the showroom sales team regarding customer requirements and appointments.
Maintain daily call records and provide regular sales/follow-up reports.
Achieve assigned monthly calling, lead conversion, test ride, and booking targets.




Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
Freshers can apply; experience in telesales, telecalling, automobile sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer data.
Positive attitude, convincing ability, and willingness to achieve targets.
Candidates from Redhills and nearby areas are preferred.
