Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Travel &
Tourism industry
, preferably in Travel Sales &
Reservations.
Experience in flight, hotel, tour package and travel-service sales and reservations.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel products.
Experience handling customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and bookings.
Experience with GDS, OTA, B2B travel platforms or reservation systems is an advantage.
Ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Solid sales, communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach with excellent follow-up skills.
Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Common Employment Requirements
