Position: US IT Recruiter – Salesforce
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Salesforce and other IT positions for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Robust understanding of Salesforce roles and skills, including Salesforce Developer, Business Analyst, Technical Architect, and related technologies.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and US clients.




Maintain robust candidate pipelines, conduct regular follow-ups, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures.
Handle and guide a team of recruiters, monitor recruitment targets/KPIs, distribute requirements, and support the team in achieving hiring goals.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on submissions, interviews, offers, joining status, and recruitment performance.
Willingness to work 7:00 PM–3:00 AM IST and support the US team is required.
