Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Achieve monthly sales and premium targets through the agency sales vertical.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads to generate insurance business.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Convert leads into successful sales while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Drive sales across Motor, Health, Travel, and other Non-Motor insurance products.
Ensure portfolio diversification by promoting multiple insurance product categories.
Follow up with prospects and existing leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Agent Recruitment & Coordination
Support and drive agent recruitment as per business requirements and assigned targets.
Coordinate with team members and agents to achieve recruitment and activation targets.
Assist in onboarding and activating newly recruited agents.
Maintain regular communication with agents to encourage business generation and productivity.
Work closely with the Team Lead/Senior Team Lead to track agent performance and business progress.
Target & Performance Management
Consistently achieve individual monthly sales, premium, recruitment, and activation targets.
Track daily calling, lead conversion, and sales performance.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall productivity.
Participate in team reviews and performance discussions.
Follow company processes, sales guidelines, and compliance requirements.
