The Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role combines traditional project management, Agile/Scrum coaching, and AI/Automation leadership to drive team maturity, optimize resource utilization, and scale engineering productivity

Qualifications
15+ years of overall software industry experience.
5+ years in a dedicated Project Management / Scrum Master role.
Robust knowledge of PMI, Scrum, and Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Lean, Protected,



LeSS, or XP.
Expertise in User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and burndown/burnup techniques.
Working-level, hands-on experience with .NET, React, Node.js, and Python.
Knowledge of software architecture, cloud hosting, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA/PHI).
Familiarity with GenAI platforms, AI-powered testing tools, RPA, and low-code integrations.
Solid leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Proven experience managing Scrum-based software development teams, with an interest or track record in AI-driven engineering practices.
