Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday–Saturday
Key Responsibilities
Installation, repair and troubleshooting of computer hardware/software at client sites.
Provide on-call technical support and resolve client issues.
Handle invoicing, Tally and GeM portal activities.
Manage receipt/delivery of products and maintain office stock & inventory.
Assist with sales, client follow-ups and marketing activities.
Travel to client locations across Chandigarh/Tricity as required.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking. (Must have)
Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
Two-wheeler preferred for client visits.
Comfortable communicating in Hindi & English; Punjabi is an added advantage.
Should be responsible, hands-on and willing to handle multiple responsibilities.
