We are looking for a target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate leads and convert prospects into confirmed and paid bookings for B2C exhibitions and events.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and generate/qualify exhibitor leads.
Explain exhibition concepts, stall options, pricing and participation perks.
Handle follow-ups, objections, negotiations and close sales.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed & paid bookings.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Update CRM/Excel/Google Sheets and submit sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales / Exhibition & Event Sales / B2C Sales.
Robust communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
Good objection handling, negotiation and closing skills.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Solid follow-up and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, CRM and WhatsApp.
Exhibition/Event/Advertising/Service sales experience will be an advantage.
Preferred Age: 25–28 years Interested candidates can apply with their updated CV.
Pay: ₹8,893.48 - ₹30,000.00 per month
