Requirements
2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of UX, visual design, interaction design, and design systems.
Experience designing ERP, CRM, SaaS, or B2B products.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, or Claude.
Robust problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Description
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web responsive and mobile.
Translate business requirements into transparent user journeys and information architecture.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and feasible implementation.
Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, analytics, and stakeholder reviews.
Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
