We want a designer who treats every pixel like a decision.

What youll do
Own end-to-end product design across iOS apps, web apps, and marketing sites
Run small research sprints, build user flows, wireframe, and ship hi-fi Figma designs
Maintain and grow our design system, tokens, components, dark mode, accessibility
Use AI tools (V0, Galileo, Midjourney, Figma AI, Magic Studio) to explore 5 directions in the time it used to take to do 1
Pair daily with engineers, write dev specs, review builds, and care about the final pixels
Help us define and defend brand design quality across the company

What were looking for




1.5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that shows real shipped work
Mastery of Figma, components, variants, variables, auto-layout
Robust understanding of iOS HIG and up-to-date responsive web patterns
Comfort with user research, journey mapping, and turning interviews into decisions
Hands-on experience using AI design tools, and an opinion on where they shine
Visual taste: typography, colour, spacing, motion, the details matter
Bonus: motion design (Lottie, Rive), illustration, or basic HTML/CSS chops
