Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess communication skills.
Explain job prospects, requirements, compensation, and work locations to candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a robust candidate database.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and joining status.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
Develop knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
