Develop platform-specific strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Ensure all content aligns with Sera Naturals tone, aesthetics, and positioning.

Content Creation & Execution:
Oversee creation of reels, creatives, and short-form content.
Write captions, hooks, and scripts aligned with brand voice.
Coordinate shoots with influencers, models, and creative teams.

Community & Engagement:
Manage comments, DMs, and build an engaged online community.
Collaborate with nano/micro influencers for organic growth. Maintain consistent and positive brand communication.

Campaigns & Collaborations:




Execute social campaigns aligned with launches and trends.
Work with influencer, PR, and performance teams for integrated marketing.
Align organic efforts with e-commerce and marketplace strategies.

Analytics & Optimization:
Track metrics like reach, engagement, and growth.
Analyze performance and optimize content strategy.
Share regular reports and insights.

Key Requirements
