We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can independently own the end-to-end design process. The ideal candidate should be strong in wireframing, capable of understanding product requirements from documentation, and able to translate them into intuitive, user-centric designs. A working knowledge of HTML and CSS is required to ensure smooth collaboration with development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and understand business and product requirements from requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences
Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy
Collaborate with developers using HTML and CSS knowledge to ensure design implementation matches design intent
Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on feedback
Maintain and enhance design consistency and usability standards
Take complete ownership of assigned design tasks and deliver with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
Solid expertise in wireframing and prototyping
Proven ability to understand and interpret requirements from documentation
Hands-on knowledge of HTML and CSS
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
Experience working with design systems
Basic knowledge of JavaScript or frontend frameworks
Experience in Agile/Scrum settings
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
