Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive Telesales Executive to connect with potential clients for our AI, SaaS, e-commerce and IT services.

The candidate will make outbound calls, explain our offerings, understand client requirements, qualify leads, schedule meetings and maintain regular follow-ups. The role may also involve calling registered attendees before business events and coordinating meeting schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and event attendees.
Introduce Provis products and IT services clearly.
Understand customer needs and qualify interested prospects.
Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email and online research.
Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospects until a transparent outcome is received.
Maintain accurate call records, lead status and follow-up dates in the CRM.
Coordinate meetings with sales, product and technical teams.
Support event outreach and basic sales operations.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls,



qualified leads and meetings.

Required Skills
Solid spoken English and Hindi
Confidence in making cold calls
Good listening and client-handling skills
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
Ability to explain products in easy language
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Interest in AI, SaaS, e-commerce and technology
Comfortable working with measurable targets

Candidate Profile

Freshers, interns and candidates with up to three years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, lead generation, business development or client outreach may apply.
