Valuable Knowledge on pipeline creation in Azure DevOps with understanding of Copado is good. Should understand the complexity of deployment behind apex classes triggers and custom metadata.

Technical Skills
At least 7+ years experience in Release/Deployment process using Azure DevOps is must with knowledge on Copado would be plus
Should have experience in Salesforce.com, Git, ANT, Azure DevOps, preparing package.xml
Understanding of Salesforce Metadata API's
Knowledge of YAML scripting to automate the pipelines in Azure DevOps is must
Experience in building pipelines and automating deployments in Azure DevOps
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented individual
Well-versed in integrating Code scan tools in Workplace Pipelines
