Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US-based requirements.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interview coordination.
Work closely with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with clients.
Prepare and coach candidates for client interviews.
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
Understand and work with different employment types and US work authorizations.

Key Requirements




2–5 years of experience in US Recruitment / US Staffing.
Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Experience using job portals such as

Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter

, and other sourcing platforms.
Solid understanding of

W2, C2C, 1099

, and US work authorization types.
Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
Experience working with direct clients and Fortune 500 clients is preferred.
Knowledge of

Engineering / Automotive recruitment will be an added advantage.
