Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospective clients.
Explain products/services clearly to customers.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain customer and call records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Ensure regular follow-up with prospective clients.
Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident, polite, and well-spoken.
Target-oriented and responsible.
