Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate sales leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
Explain company products/services to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Maintain customer and calling records.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide regular follow-up.
Meet monthly sales and performance targets.
Qualification & Skills:
Minimum Graduate preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Hindi and basic English communication required.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
Only candidates residing in Ambala are preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
