Role Overview

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who loves turning messy problems into clean, intuitive screens. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to shape how thousands of users experience Telosa every day — from dashboards to mobile flows to the little details that make software feel effortless.

Key Responsibilities
Design clean, intuitive UI for web and mobile features across the Telosa platform.
Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to make sure designs are both delightful and buildable.
Contribute to and help evolve Telosa's design system for consistency across the product.




Conduct lightweight user research and usability checks to validate design decisions.
Support marketing and brand teams with visual assets when needed.
Stay on top of design trends, tools, and AI-assisted design workflows.

What We're Looking For
~1 year of experience in UX/UI design
A portfolio that shows real problem-solving, not just pretty screens.
Working knowledge of Figma
A solid eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
Curiosity about how users think and behave — and a willingness to test assumptions.
Comfort working in a quick-moving startup where priorities shift and speed matters.
Bonus: familiarity with AI design tools, basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS), or prior SaaS exposure.
