We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products or services, and maintain positive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
Explain company products/services, offers, and perks.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests professionally.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.




Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.

Requirements
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with customers.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
