Software: UGNX
Design and develop automotive seating system and components.
Develop and review detailed 3D models, 2D drawings and technical specifications using tools such as UG-NX (Mandatory).
Design BOM and CAD model from RFQ to SOP.
Collaborate with cross functional team including industrial design, program management, manufacturing, Testing, quality and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ergonomic requirements, and customer specifications.
Perform tolerance stack-up and ensure DFM/DFA principles are applied.
Participate in FMEA, DFMEA and design reviews.
Interface with OEM customers for technical discussion, design reviews, and issue resolution.
Ensure all designs meet applicable safety regulations, ergonomic standards and durability requirements (FMVSS, ECE etc.)
Support prototype builds, testing and production launch activities, including root cause analysis for design related issues.
