About the Role
We are hiring Telesales Executives to drive customer acquisition and sales through outbound and inbound calling. This role is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates with up to 5 years in telesales/telecalling. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory as the role involves handling customers across Hindi-speaking regions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into sales
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
Follow up with warm/interested leads for closure
Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Handle objections professionally and escalate unresolved issues when needed
Requirements
Freshers welcome; up to 5 years of telesales/telecalling experience preferred
Hindi fluency is mandatory (spoken and understanding)
Basic to positive communication skills in English
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Prior experience in telesales/BPO is an added advantage but not required for freshers
