Job Summary-
Responsible for delivers training program of MFE (Micro Finance Executive)/ Account Executive aligned with NSDC Curriculum to trainees under the training. Focusing on micro loan products, operational procedures, compliance and Tally ERP.
Key Responsibilities-
Facilitate the practical and theory sessions related to MFE training aligned with NSDC course curriculum
Regular access and evaluate the performance of the trainees under the training
Maintain relationship with different stakeholders for trade enhancement and exposure of the trainees under the training.
MIS updates and managing record of training,
Competencies- · Training Completion and placement rates
· Trainees satisfaction and engagement
· Assessment scores and Attendance
Preferred Qualification-
Diploma/Graduate/Post-Graduate in commerce or other relevant degree
Experience-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Similar role of Skill Development Trainings.
