Shift Timings: US Eastern / Central Time (Night Shift in India)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Rotational Shifts)
Experience: 1–3+ years (US Process / Dispatch / Logistics)
What You Will Do
Answer Calls: Talk to US clients, drivers, and partners with clear and friendly English.
Assign Trips: Give rides to drivers and manage daily schedule changes in real time.
Make Follow-up Calls: Confirm trip details with customers so everything runs smoothly.
Stay Connected: Chat daily with the US management team using RingCentral.
Use Dispatch Tools: Work on transportation software to track drivers and trips.
Worked on other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What We Are Looking For
Fluent English: Explicit, natural spoken and written English (easy for US callers to understand).
Experience: 1–3 years in US dispatching,
logistics, or US call centers/BPO.
Computer Skills: Comfortable learning dispatch software (experience with Bambi is a big plus).
Night Shift Ready: Able to work US business hours (Night Shift in Mohali).
Problem Solver: Calm, confident, and quick to fix daily scheduling issues.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
