5+ years of experience in RPA development with solid hands-on expertise in UiPath.
Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Document Understanding.
Strong understanding of workflow automation, process mapping, and system integration.
Experience working with OCR, Excel automation, email automation, and web automation.
Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent critical thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to evaluate complex business scenarios and provide optimized automation solutions.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile development methodologies is preferred.
