Job Responsibilities :
Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
Develop user journeys, personas, and interaction flows
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency
Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
Be a outstanding team player, experienced in working with agile teams

Required Skills :
Proven 5+ years of experience UI/UX design
Proficiency in tools like Figma,



Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking
Solid design sense and in-depth knowledge of current mobile and web standards
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
Basic understanding of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript.
Should have multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.

Minimum Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or Diploma in Design, Computer Science / IT with relevant hands-on experience or Equivalent practical experience or certifications in software development (for fresher or self-taught candidates)
