We are looking for an experienced finance qualified to join our team and manage US accounting operations along with Indian accounting and payroll processes.
The role involves direct coordination with US-based clients and finance teams, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and seamless coordination between US and Indian operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain US Books of Accounts
Coordinate directly with US-based clients / finance teams
Manage Indian accounting and payroll operations
Handle Zoho Payroll and related finance processes
Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Coordinate finance-related activities between the US and Indian teams
Ensure timely and accurate reporting and deliverables
Technical Skills
3+ years of relevant accounting experience
Experience with US Accounting / US Books
Strong knowledge of Zoho Books & Zoho Payroll
Positive understanding of accounting and financial reporting
Strong MS Excel and reconciliation skills
NetSuite experience preferred (Candidates without NetSuite experience may be considered, with training provided)

Compensation is flexible and will not be a constraint for the right candidate with exceptional skills, relevant experience, and a strong fit for the role.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
