Eligible Designation: Currently working as a Senior Associate, Trainer or QA role.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 4 years of experience in AR process.
Minimum 3 years of experience of working in HB and PB (both).
Understanding of Hospital Billing workflow (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER)
UB-04 claim knowledge, Denial identification and resolution, Authorization and medical necessity

basics, Appeals and reconsideration process
Understanding of Professional Billing workflow
CMS-1500 claim knowledge, CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 basics, Denial management and appeals,

Eligibility and authorization review, Payer guidelines and reimbursement basics, AR aging and account review, Payer portal navigation
PMS (Cerner is an Added Advantage)
Should have Strong knowledge in US Healthcare Industry.
Solid interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
Must be enthusiastic to learn new processes.
Willing to work night shifts.
Should work from office.

Roles and responsibilities
Create and share the training plan with stakeholders.
Meet Training TAT for CS training Program.




Deliver client specific training modules to current hires.
Manage nesting and certification phases for the CPs after CS training.
Maintain the batch training records attendance, EWS, assessment scores, etc.
Collect feedback from trainees on the quality of training.
Monitor the progress of the trainees in ramp and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor new joiners performance for the first 60 days and clarify process related queries.
Prepare the training plans, training content and assessments for refresher training.
Recommend changes in the training plan & training method.
Manage process updates and schedule weekly assessments
Update SOP and PWI on a weekly basis.
Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
Design effective training content.
Prepare educational material such as module summaries.
Support and mentor recent employees and trainers.
Manage training data.
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
Monitor employee performance and response to training.
