The Role
The Vice President will play a central role in managing transaction execution, supporting seller onboarding, buyer matching activities and leading a growing team of analysts, associates and deal professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role combining execution management, client management and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution
Lead execution of live M&A; and capital raising transactions
Manage transaction timelines and deal processes
Coordinate buyers, investors, clients, lawyers and advisers
Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks
Drive transactions toward successful completion.
Seller Onboarding:
Meet prospective sellers and business owners
Assess transaction readiness and suitability
Guide clients through onboarding and preparation processes
Buyer & Investor Matching:
Support buyer outreach and engagement
Facilitate introductions and transaction discussions
Maintain momentum throughout the deal process.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor analysts, associates and execution specialists
Review work product and ensure quality standards
Improve internal processes and transaction workflows.
Requirements:
7+ years of M&A; execution experience
Prior transaction experience across Southeast Asia strongly preferred, with broader international market experience also considered
Experience in investment banking, M&A; advisory, corporate finance, private equity or corporate development
Demonstrated involvement in completed transactions
Experience managing junior professionals and multiple live transactions
Robust project management and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and leadership capability
