Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Typically 15 or more years of software-engineering experience.
At least 7 years of experience in engineering leadership or management positions.
Significant experience leading managers, architects, technical leads, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in AdTech, MarTech, data platforms, or another high-volume digital ecosystem.
Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and the broader digital-advertising ecosystem.
Proven experience building or scaling distributed, high-volume, and data-intensive technology platforms.
Solid experience with real-time systems, APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native technologies.
Experience with batch processing, streaming, data pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and analytical platforms.




Experience integrating machine-learning or data-science capabilities into production systems.
Strong understanding of contemporary engineering practices, automated testing, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and site reliability.
Experience managing cloud infrastructure, technology budgets, vendors, and infrastructure costs.
Working knowledge of information security, data privacy, governance, and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to improve engineering quality, scalability, reliability, and organizational accountability.
Experience working with global stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, coaching, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
