We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Video Editor who specializes in YouTube and social media content. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging long-form and short-form videos that capture attention, increase audience retention, and align with brand goals.

This role requires a strong understanding of YouTube content, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and other digital platforms. You should be comfortable working in a quick-paced setting and transforming raw footage into compelling stories.

Key Responsibilities
Edit YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, vlogs, and promotional content.
Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and other short-form videos.
Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and music.
Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
Optimize videos for audience retention and engagement.
Create thumbnails and assist with content packaging when required.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.




Strong understanding of YouTube editing styles and social media trends.
Experience with motion graphics and kinetic typography.
Ability to create rapid-paced, engaging edits with strong storytelling.
Knowledge of color correction, audio balancing, and video optimization.
Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.

Preferred Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in video editing.
Strong portfolio featuring YouTube videos and social media content.
Understanding of YouTube analytics, audience retention, and content performance.
Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
