About the Role

We are hiring US Telecallers for our Chennai office to handle outbound/inbound calls with US-based clients and customers. Ideal candidates have prior experience in international voice processes and are comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US clients/customers for sales, lead generation, or support (as applicable)
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information professionally
Maintain call quality standards and achieve daily/monthly targets
Update and maintain call records/CRM accurately




Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures
Escalate complex queries to the relevant team when needed

Requirements
1–6 years of experience in a US voice process (BPO/KPO, telecalling, or telesales)
Excellent spoken English with a neutral/US-friendly accent
Solid communication and convincing skills
Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone)
Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, CRM tools
Prior experience in US telecalling/telesales strongly preferred
