Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities.
Check and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems.
Identify and report faults, breakdowns, and safety issues.
Carry out preventive maintenance as scheduled.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and secure.
Assist with installation, repair, and replacement of equipment.
Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Maintain basic records of maintenance work completed.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
Ability to use common hand and power tools.
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
