Qualifications
Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent qualification.
Relevant OT experience preferred; freshers may be considered depending on hospital requirements.
Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, infection control, and basic OT procedures.
Skills & Competencies
Valuable knowledge of OT procedures and surgical instruments.
Solid attention to detail and infection-control practices.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, and emergency duties.
