We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with experience in the International Voice Process to handle customer calls and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information and timely solutions.
Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
Update customer information and call details in CRM.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Meet process targets such as AHT, quality, productivity and CSAT.
Follow company policies and international customer service standards.

Candidate Profile:
Experience in an International Voice Process preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Freshers may apply if the role permits.
