Position: US HR Operations

Experience: 12 years - 17 years

Location: Kolkata,Chennai,Hyderabad -Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with significant experience supporting US employees.




Strong understanding of US employment practices, HR operations, and compliance.
Working knowledge of Canadian HR practices and employment regulations.
Demonstrated experience across multiple HR areas, including:
HR Operations
Talent Management
Employee Relations
Compensation & Perks
HR Compliance
Immigration
Performance Management
Workforce Planning
Experience working with senior business leaders and managing stakeholders across geographies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience managing HR vendors, external legal counsel, immigration partners, and benefits providers.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a US-headquartered or multinational organization.
Experience supporting a technology, IT services, consulting, or qualified services organization.
Prior experience in a US HR Manager / Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner / HR Operations Lead capacity.
Exposure to HRIS platforms, HR analytics, and HR process automation.
Experience managing or building an HR function across North America.
