Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, plotted developments, or land sales.
Proven record of accomplishment of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
Positive knowledge of CRM and MS Excel/reporting.
Robust networking and channel-partner development skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
Willingness to travel for site visits and business development
