Manage current business operations, oversee policy issuance.
Maintain and analyze MIS reports, Utilize Excel for data analysis.
Handle Life Asia and Group Asia operations.
Conduct KYC verification, ensure accurate documentation
Identify and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Analyze and report on business performance.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Ensure data security and confidentiality.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Essential conditions:
Education: Graduation
Work exp:1+ years in Life insurance operations
Work related skills:
Product and process knowledge along with good awareness about internal systems Life Asia , TEBT
Analytical skill set must
Should posses positive communication skills and interpersonal skills
Effective in handling MS Office
Good networking and relationship skills.
