Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Learning & Development)

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our Learning & Development team. The role involves creating SOP training videos and hospitality learning content.

Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality SOP training videos and hospitality learning content.
Design training posters, presentations, infographics, and other learning materials.
Create engaging visual content for onboarding, skill development, and operational training.
Handle video shoots, including camera operation, lighting setup, and basic audio recording.
Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create effective training content for hospitality operations.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
Valuable knowledge of Canva for designing training materials.
Hands-on experience in camera handling and video production.
Solid creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet project deadlines.
Experience in creating hospitality training, corporate learning, or instructional content is preferred.
