ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Archak Dental is looking for an experienced Senior Dentist to join our team in Bengaluru.

This is a senior patient counselling, treatment planning, treatment conversion and clinic management role.

Key Responsibilities
Consult and counsel patients regarding their dental treatment needs
Explain treatment plans, procedures, benefits and treatment options clearly
Present comprehensive treatment plans and help patients make informed treatment decisions
Handle treatment conversion and patient follow-ups
Build strong patient relationships and ensure an excellent patient experience
Coordinate with specialists and the clinical team for comprehensive treatment planning
Support day-to-day clinic operations and team coordination
Mentor and guide junior dentists and clinical staff
Maintain high standards of patient communication, service and clinic processes

Clinical treatment is not the primary responsibility of this position. The major focus is patient counselling, treatment planning, treatment conversion, patient experience and clinic management.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE




BDS / MDS with 5+ years of skilled experience
Strong patient communication and counselling skills
Experience in treatment planning and case presentation
Good understanding of treatment conversion and patient follow-up
Leadership and team management skills
Confident, professional and patient-friendly personality
Experience in a multispecialty dental clinic or dental chain will be an advantage
Candidates who have experience handling high-value treatment plans will be preferred
