Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers.
Monitor progress, manage schedules, and report updates.
Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and legal requirements.
Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions in office.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
Solid knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management tools/software is an advantage.
