Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Value Added Course (VAC) training sessions for students.
Prepare and deliver interactive, practical, and engaging training content.
Develop students’ employability, communication, soft skills, and skilled competencies.
Conduct assessments, activities, and feedback sessions.
Maintain attendance, training records, and course-related documentation.
Coordinate with HODs/Faculty for smooth execution of VAC programs.
Eligibility:
Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline.
Relevant training/corporate/teaching experience preferred.
Solid communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to conduct interactive and outcome-oriented sessions.
