Join us in Jaipur,PRATAP NAGAR as a Customer Support Executive. You will manage customer interactions through digital channels, ensuring high-quality resolution and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Real-Time Customer Assistance: Chat support agents respond to customer inquiries through live chat platforms, providing accurate information about products, services, or policies, and troubleshooting issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Agents assess customer needs, handle complaints, and offer solutions or alternatives within set timeframes, following up to confirm resolution

Communication and Professionalism: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and qualified tone is essential. Agents must communicate clearly and concisely in written form, often managing multiple chats simultaneously

Documentation and Reporting: All interactions are logged accurately for future reference,



and feedback is documented to improve service quality and inform internal teams

Collaboration with Teams: Chat support roles often require coordination with departments such as Sales, IT, and Marketing to resolve complex issues and share insights for process improvement

Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer queries in real-time via chat and email platforms.
Maintain skilled grammar, tone, and formatting in all written communication.
Meet key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously to troubleshoot client issues.
Pay-22 k In hand -25 k ctc for fresher

Education and Experience
Graduates in any discipline.
Fresher / Experienced.
5 Days a week.
Comfortable in 24*7 Environment.
