We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering qualified with expertise in Power Distribution, Protection & Control, Grid Connection and Distributed Generation.
Key Responsibilities
Review electrical designs and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for Solar PV, Wind, CHP and BESS projects.
Review electrical equipment ratings including transformers, switchgear, breakers and cables.
Evaluate MV/LV electrical systems and distribution network designs.
Review generator protection schemes and relay settings.
Validate protection functions such as Over/Under Voltage, Over/Under Frequency, Loss of Mains, ROCOF and Vector Shift.
Review protection relay configuration and relay coordination.
Review generator datasheets, protection settings, earthing designs and equipment specifications.
Ensure compliance with ENA G99, DNO technical standards and grid connection requirements.
Review G99 commissioning/test reports and support witness testing when required.
