Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales performance, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales and achieve assigned business targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
Manage store operations, inventory, cash, and POS activities.
Ensure adherence to Lenskart SOPs and operational standards.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance.
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and overall store standards.




Ensure smooth eye-testing operations and compliance with quality standards.
Control attrition and support hiring and onboarding of store staff.
Manage team rosters and ensure adequate staffing.

Candidate Profile
Graduate preferred.
4+ years of overall retail experience with relevant Store Manager/retail leadership experience.
Solid experience in sales, team handling, and store operations.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.
Candidates from Eyewear, Fashion, Lifestyle, Electronics, Telecom, FMCG, or other organized retail brands are preferred.
