Role & responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse/store operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure proper inventory control, stock accuracy, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
Handle FMCG products with proper quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work as per requirements.
Maintain stock records and prepare daily/weekly inventory reports.
Coordinate with transport, operations, and management teams for smooth dispatch.
Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure proper documentation.
Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the warehouse.
Handle ERP/SAP and MS Excel for inventory and warehouse records.

Preferred candidate profile
24 years of experience in FMCG warehouse/store operations.
Valuable knowledge of FMCG products, inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse processes.
Positive communication and team-handling skills.
