Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain tables, kitchen areas, utensils, and service equipment.
Assist waiters and service staff during meal periods.
Set up and explicit tables efficiently.
Wash and sanitize crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
Ensure adequate availability of clean plates, glasses, cutlery, and other service items.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Support the restaurant team during peak hours.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills
Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred.
Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
