Pavizham Group is hiring Welders / Fitters to assemble, install, and repair machinery, pipelines, and structural components across our processing units. We provide on-the-job training for freshers with basic trade skills.
Key Responsibilities
Perform ARC welding and fabrication work on machinery and structures.
Read simple technical drawings or follow instructions from supervisors to cut and fit metal parts.
Assemble, align, and service structural steel components and plant equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and repair damaged metal components.
Maintain a clean, secure workspace and follow all industrial safety protocols.
Requirements
Education: ITI Pass (Welder, Fitter, Mechanical, or related trade).
Experience: 1 to 5 Years (Freshers welcome; practical guidance provided).
Familiarity with basic welding tools, grinders, and hand tools.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle physical tasks.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
