We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Shooter cum Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video shooting, editing, motion graphics, and photo editing, with a good understanding of social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and educational content.
Handle end-to-end video production, including shooting, editing, colour correction, sound, and final output.
Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, interviews, and event coverage.
Add motion graphics, transitions, text, effects, and animations where required.
Edit and enhance photographs for social media and marketing purposes.
Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative video concepts.
Maintain consistency in branding, quality, and visual style across all content.




Organize and manage video/photo files and project assets.

Required Skills
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
CapCut
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Lightroom
Valuable knowledge of video shooting and camera handling.
Knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, audio, and basic colour grading.
Robust sense of creativity, visual storytelling, and social media trends.

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution, EdTech company, media agency, or similar industry.
Candidates with a strong portfolio of video and editing work will be preferred.
