Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
Take customer orders and provide friendly, effective service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment.
Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Handle billing and cash/POS transactions when required.
Support the team during busy service periods.
Required Skills
Barista / caf service experience preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
Positive customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
